LLC, the ArcoaireŇ VS 95 gas furnace features money-saving 95 percent
AFUE efficiency and easy installation, plus the comfort and
energy efficiency of two-stage, variable-speed heating. 
Arcoaire VS 95
furnaces are available in four models with heating inputs
ranging from 40 MBTUh to 100 MBTUh and cooling capacities from
1.5 tons to 5 tons. Benefits of the VS 95 furnace include:
• Quiet,
Comfortable Performance: With two stages
of heating, the VS 95 furnace operates on quieter low fire
unless the thermostat calls for high fire. As an added bonus,
when two-stage furnaces operate on low fire, they run on longer
cycles to keep the home heated more evenly.
A thermal-lined, one-piece cabinet; solid doors for a sealed
combustion compartment; and an insulated blower compartment
provide quiet, efficient operation.
• Time-Saving
Installation: The VS 95 is dual certified
for one- or two-pipe installation, which can run horizontally or
vertically. In a two-pipe configuration, it is direct-vent
rated. Easy-to-remove panels and extra-spacious cabinets give
technicians room to work. Versatile 24- and 115-volt connections
allow easy attachment of electronic air cleaners (115v) and
humidifiers (24v and 115v).

Multiposition Application: This multiposition furnace is ready for upflow installations out
of the box, with all parts included for downflow or horizontal
conversions. Arcoaire VS 95 furnaces are shipped configured for
natural gas applications. Propane gas conversion kits are
available.

Operation: The VS 95 furnace operates at 95 percent AFUE efficiency and features a
high-efficiency, ECM 2.3 indoor variable-speed fan motor for
money-saving operation.
•Simplified
Troubleshooting: The Arcoaire VS 95
furnace is equipped with a troubleshooting LED fault indicator
that will help diagnose nearly all system-related malfunctions.
The fault indicator is easy to view through a sight glass in the
blower door. For servicing convenience, the entire blower
assembly is mounted on rails. Conventional gas valves also come
standard on these furnaces for easy replacement and
troubleshooting.

Service: Remote flame sensing offers the added safety of proving the
flame lights all the way across the burner.
• Proven
Dependability: Durable silicon
nitride igniters last longer, can withstand high-line voltage
and do not require voltage regulators. The VS 95 furnace features a
patented weld-free stainless steel RPJ® III primary
heat exchanger plus a stainless steel secondary heat exchanger
for maximum performance and durability.
• Premium Warranties: The VS 95 gas furnace includes a lifetime limited warranty on
the heat exchanger, a seven-year limited warranty on parts and a
10-year No Hassle ReplacementTM limited
warranty. The No Hassle Replacement limited warranty
provides a new equivalent replacement unit if the heat exchanger
fails during the No Hassle Replacement limited warranty
